White Tea

White Peony King 2nd Flush Spring 2025

Early steepings are laced with sweet honey clover notes, and a slight earthiness comes forward in later steepings.  Has a refreshing, delicate mouthfeel.  Smooth and mellow, White Peony King is delicately crafted at the peak of the Tai Mu Mountain from the top bud and 2-3 leaves.

2015 Aged Shou Mei Squares

Aged white tea, characterized by a deep amber-red liquor, offering a thick, smooth, and creamy mouthfeel. The flavor profile is rich with sweet notes of dried cherry, jujube (date), fruit leather, honey, and a distinct woody or medicinal "yao xiang" aroma
